Learning to be a Leader

Nobody is born as a good leader but they can become one through gaining experiences and a better understanding of what it takes to be a leader.

The process is a continual learning curve just as most things are in life and it is only after many years that a good leader will emerge with the capabilities that have been accumulated from that learning.

People will follow a leader that has a vision and is able to convey that vision to them. A good leader will give empowerment and trust to their people so that they can achieve great things.

A good leader will give a lot of attention to what their followers are saying and listen to their new ideas.

A good leader commands the respect of their followers through their actions and not through the demands of their voice.
