The ability to persist in the face of challenges is an important factor in the success of a business leader.

Often when business leaders have a goal, they try just once or twice and then give up.

To be truly successful, you have to keep trying, again and again, until you do succeed. This is true whether you are trying to market your company, achieve a sales target, improve your business profitability, or make your business more successful.

The business leaders who are most successful are not at the top just because they can naturally do it. It’s because they don’t give up. When at first they don’t succeed, they try, try, try and try again until at last, they realize their goal.

Recent research has shown that forty three percent of business leaders will give up on their goal after the first try.

Twenty five percent gave up after the second try, fifteen percent after the third try and ten percent after the fourth try.

This means that ninety three percent of all business leaders quit after the fourth try. But seventy five percent of all goals are achieved after the fourth try. This revealing statistic shows that ninety three percent of all business leaders don’t give themselves a chance at seventy five percent of the opportunities.

Your goals in your career, customer relationships, business growth and personal development can all be achieved through your persistence and effort. To be a success at whatever you do, believe in yourself and never give up.
