Your business will have talented people and their ability to succeed will determine the ability of your business to be successful.

And your business will have customers who will make the difference between success and failure for any business.

But the most important aspect of your business is your purpose as a business leader.

The purpose of your business, the core reason why you are in business and the spirit of business that motivates you to continue to do what you do everyday with your business endeavours.

A business leader without a purpose will find it increasingly difficult to meet the frequent business challenges which are a constant part of their vibrant business lives.
