Is Your Business Obama Or McCain?

If you look at the two presidential candidates you can quite easily identify characteristics about them that draw a close resemblance to how businesses could also be described.

Obama has new ideas, is fresh, optimistic, full of hope, professional, calm, focused, in control, has integrity and makes you want to believe in change.

McCain has been around for a while, is slow, can be bad tempered, uncontrolled and erratic, lives in the past, has questionable integrity and promises more of the same.

So, how would you categorize your business, is it like Obama or is it like McCain?

If it was a question of financial economic stability would you want your business to be like Obama or McCain?

If it was about judgement or experience would you want your business to be like Obama or McCain?

If your business was entering into emerging international markets would you want it to be like Obama or McCain?

If it was about the health of your business would you want it to be like Obama or McCain?

Ironically the future style of your business and the future president of the USA are closely linked, in so much as it is about the decision, that is made, that will determine if the outcome is to be successful.

Give it careful thought, because it is a very important decision and can make the difference between success and failure.
